Shattered Glass

  1. In the movie "Shattered Glass" I noticed a few processes of writing that the reporters used. Knowing your audience seemed to be a a factor, because if you don't know who your writing for than you as a writer will have problems with developing a story, or a paper. Another important process was recording. Glass seemed to have made this process one of the most important things for reporters to do. I think recording was of importance because sometimes as we are beginning to in the movie, writers are forced to prove their stories. Another process of writing is observation e.g. taking notes about a situation without getting involved.
  2. The characters in this movie collect their data in many ways, for example taking notes.
  3. When the main character asks for help on his article from his friends also when, he lies about his sources
